You may return or exchange your purchase within 14 days from the date of placing your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in mint condition with all the original tags attached.

Please note that all items purchased on sale are considered final sales and cannot be exchanged or refunded. We encourage you to carefully review your items before making a purchase during a sale.

Please note that all returns must be approved before being sent back to our studio. It is important to obtain approval by contacting our customer support team with your order number. All return shipping fees will be on your responsibility. We suggest using the same packaging used to receive your goods. 

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If your original order qualified for free shipping, a $10 fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the initial shipping costs incurred by MAS Montréal.
