All MAS Montreal clothing is guaranteed for two weeks after purchase. Although our clothing and its components are carefully inspected, it is possible that an imperfection escapes us. We will be happy to find a solution for you. We invite you to write us as soon as possible.

MAS Montreal only accepts returns of products at regular price within 14 days of the date of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please write to us so that someone from our team can approve your return. No returns without approval will be accepted at the studio. The item must be returned in its original condition, new (never worn) and with all tags. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns must be prepaid. Please include a note explaining the reason for your return. We are not responsible for any packages lost or sent to the wrong address.

 

MAS Montreal will reimburse customers with the same payment method used on the original purchase. Returns are made upon receipt of the goods. You will receive an email confirmation when your exchange or return will be made. In the event that the merchandise cannot be exchanged, we will refund you.

 

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise does not meet our return policies.
